Description
Support safe, patient-centred nursing care in a medical-surgical ward under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This temporary position is suited to a nursing professional who can provide dependable bedside support while following clinical, safety and infection-control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine patient care under the direction of Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
- Observe patients, report relevant changes and help maintain a safe and comfortable care environment.
- Follow clinical risk, patient-safety and infection-prevention procedures at all times.
- Support positive patient experiences through respectful communication and responsive bedside care.
- Participate in learning activities and maintain competence within the defined scope of practice.
Requirements
- Education: Nursing Diploma
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent Medical Surgical Ward experience
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
