Assistant Nurse – Neuro OPD

FakeehCare is seeking an Assistant Nurse for the Neurology Outpatient Department in Dubai. The role supports safe, patient- and family-focused care within an outpatient setting and assists the clinical team with routine patient needs, preparation, monitoring and department activities. The position is suited to a dependable nursing professional who communicates well and can work effectively in a busy clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Support nurses and clinicians in delivering safe, respectful and patient-centered outpatient care.
• Prepare patients for consultations, examinations and routine clinical procedures as directed.
• Assist with patient observations and communicate relevant changes to the responsible nurse or clinician.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and ensure patient-care equipment is handled appropriately.
• Follow infection-prevention practices and established patient-safety procedures.
• Assist with routine documentation and support accurate flow of patient information.
• Communicate courteously with patients and families and provide reassurance when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians and other members of the outpatient team.
• Support smooth department operations and complete assigned duties within the approved scope of practice.
• Escalate clinical, operational or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of continuous nursing experience in an outpatient setting in the UAE or home country.
• Previous overseas experience is advantageous but not required.
• Relevant nursing qualification and eligibility to practice under applicable healthcare regulations.
• Strong accountability, adaptability and teamwork.
• Compassionate communication and a professional patient-service approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining safety and confidentiality.
