Description
Lead specialised pelvic health physiotherapy services for male and female patients, providing advanced assessment and management of complex cases while shaping the development of the service. The role combines autonomous clinical practice with education, research and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced pelvic health assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for complex cases.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
- Lead service development initiatives that improve access, quality and clinical outcomes.
- Support education and training for staff and patients and contribute to relevant research activity.
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians while promoting professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant physiotherapy degree with pelvic health specialisation; advanced pelvic health training preferred
- Experience: Specialist pelvic health physiotherapy experience
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
