Description

Lead and develop a physiotherapy and rehabilitation service line across the assigned cluster, with responsibility for quality, governance, operational efficiency and service growth. The role connects clinical leadership with strategic development and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardise physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
  • Lead service planning, governance, quality improvement and performance monitoring across applicable units.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, integrated care and improved patient pathways.
  • Work with clinical and operational leaders to optimise resources, workflows and service outcomes.
  • Coach and support physiotherapy teams and contribute to capability development and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy and current professional licence; BLS/ACLS
  • Experience: At least 8 years as a Physiotherapist, including at least 4 years in leadership
  • Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
