Healthcare Assistant – Emirati Talent

Support licensed clinical staff with fundamental patient care and unit activities while working within defined regulatory and professional limits. The role contributes to safe, respectful care, ward readiness and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient-care support under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals.
• Assist with ward routines and maintain Central Sterile Supply items within the required scope.
• Respect and advocate for patient rights, dignity, privacy and safety.
• Participate in intentional rounds and communicate relevant observations to licensed staff.
• Provide appropriate administrative and unit support and participate in training and development activities.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma as Health Care Assistant or equivalent
• Experience: Healthcare Assistant experience in inpatient hospital or OPD setting
• Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
