Plant Manager

Job Overview

ENOC is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead plant operations and ensure safe, reliable and efficient end-to-end supply chain and production activities in Dubai. The role is responsible for maintaining product availability and quality while optimizing production, logistics, resources and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth end-to-end production and supply chain activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to sales teams and customers while maintaining agreed quality and service standards.
• Drive implementation and effective use of the Oracle manufacturing system.
• Coordinate with third-party and toll-manufacturing customers and establish effective support processes.
• Develop and manage vendor and service-provider selection, evaluation and development programs.
• Oversee logistics, stock points, inventory controls and monitoring activities.
• Maintain safe plant operations and ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory and loss-control requirements.
• Plan production against sales orders and inventory requirements and continuously improve resource utilization.
• Develop and update the plant strategic development plan in coordination with Sales, Technical and Logistics functions.
• Manage approved CAPEX budgets and contracts within agreed timelines.
• Identify training and development needs and support employee motivation and capability building.
• Follow company information-security policies and protect operational and business information assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10Ð15 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 7Ð10 years in production, logistics, quality systems or controls.
• Experience in the lubricants or a similar manufacturing industry is required.
• Exposure to QHSE systems and controls is preferred.
• Strong people-management, leadership, training and employee-development capabilities.
