Vertical Solutions Support – CNTG

Job Overview

ENOC is hiring a Vertical Solutions Support professional to provide second-line application support and help maintain, enhance and administer business applications and technology solutions. The role combines technical support, solution maintenance, customer service, problem solving and coordination with internal teams and product vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-level application and solution support to business and IT users.
• Maintain applications and solutions, including modifications, upgrades, performance and capacity activities.
• Assist with the design, delivery and continuous improvement of applications and systems.
• Analyze business requirements and help develop practical technology solutions that meet customer needs.
• Take ownership of incidents and work toward timely resolution within agreed service levels.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow service-management principles.
• Communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks with customers, team members and product vendors to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain knowledge documentation and share technical experience with colleagues.
• Provide operational support, including availability to respond to business or IT calls and attend on-site when required.
• Follow information-security policies, protect information assets and report security incidents or weaknesses through established procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years of information technology experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience across multiple industries such as oil and gas, energy, utilities, retail or government is preferred.
• Working knowledge of system development lifecycle methodologies, including waterfall, iterative, Agile or V-Model approaches.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and operational technologies.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as product or Microsoft development certifications, are desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.
