ACCOUNT OFFICER – SECURITY OPERATIONS

Support the effective delivery of security operations across assigned client sites in Dubai. The role combines workforce deployment, client relationship management, contract administration, security compliance, staff development and business support. The Account Officer will ensure personnel meet licensing and presentation standards, service commitments are achieved, operational issues are resolved quickly and required documentation reaches internal teams accurately. Strong coordination and people-management skills are essential for maintaining reliable service and client confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy security personnel according to operational requirements and ensure valid SIRA licensing and required training.
• Monitor service-level performance and resolve anomalies identified through inspections and operational reviews.
• Act as a primary client contact, respond to service requests and maintain productive long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with business development, finance and HR teams on staffing, billing, mobilisation and contract requirements.
• Verify attendance records, job charts and billing support documents before timely submission.
• Track contract periods and support renewals, mobilisation, demobilisation and replacement planning.
• Conduct security surveys and site consultations to identify operational improvements and customer needs.
• Support physical-guarding mobilisation and monitor readiness through handover.
• Develop staff capability through refresher training, inspections and performance reviews.
• Promote HSE compliance, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, professional conduct and a respectful workplace.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in security, business, operations or a related discipline.
• Experience in security operations, contract management or client-facing workforce supervision in the UAE.
• Valid knowledge of SIRA requirements and security licensing processes is important.
• Strong manpower planning, client-service, documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, investigate operational issues and identify business-development opportunities.
