Project Manager- Offshore Services

The Project Manager coordinates offshore service projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within approved budgets, and to the agreed technical standard. The role brings together engineering, vessel operations, clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver complex marine projects. The position is based in Dubai, UAE unless otherwise confirmed during recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate vessel mobilization, maintenance, conversions, upgrades, dry-docking, and client-specific modifications as applicable.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, safety, and contractual performance, addressing issues before they affect delivery.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, technical teams, suppliers, and management.
• Complete project reporting, close-out reviews, lessons learned, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

A degree in engineering, marine operations, or project management is beneficial, alongside experience managing offshore, marine, or technical projects. Candidates should demonstrate planning, cost control, risk management, HSE awareness, client communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.

Skills and Competencies
