MCV HR Manager

The MCV HR Manager role contributes to the effective delivery of business objectives through disciplined planning, technical or functional expertise, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will help maintain quality, manage priorities, solve problems, and ensure work is completed in line with agreed requirements and applicable standards. The position is based in UAE unless otherwise confirmed during recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assigned activities, deliverables, schedules, and resources to meet agreed objectives.
• Review requirements, identify risks or dependencies, and recommend practical solutions to operational or technical challenges.
• Work closely with relevant departments, clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Prepare accurate records, reports, documentation, and progress updates for management review.
• Follow company procedures, relevant regulations, quality expectations, and health and safety requirements while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should have bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent relevant experience. Practical experience related to human resources is beneficial.
