Description
Manage and review credit documentation for wholesale banking facilities, ensuring approved terms are accurately documented, perfected and maintained in line with policy and regulatory requirements. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.
Role Context

Key Responsibilities
- Review facility letters, loan agreements and security documents against approved credit terms.
- Ensure documentation complies with internal credit policies, procedures and applicable UAE requirements.
- Track outstanding, deferred and deficient documents and follow up for timely completion.
- Coordinate with legal, credit, relationship and operations teams on documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, lodgement and safekeeping of executed facility documents.
- Process approved releases, amendments and other documentation-related requests accurately.
- Support quality checks, operational controls, audit readiness and improvements in processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, banking, business or a related discipline.
- Substantial banking experience with specific exposure to credit documentation.
- Good understanding of corporate credit facilities, security and loan documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, control awareness and stakeholder-management skills.
