Senior Relationship Manager, Contracting

Manage and grow relationships with contracting-sector clients, originate new business and structure suitable banking solutions while maintaining disciplined credit and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of contracting and related corporate clients.
• Develop new relationships and identify opportunities across lending, trade, deposits, treasury and working-capital solutions.
• Understand project cycles, contract structures and client cash-flow requirements when assessing opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate credit proposals, reviews and facility amendments with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and account planning to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance, documentation, covenants and risk indicators.
• Drive profitable growth while maintaining strong service, compliance and credit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related discipline.
• Strong corporate or commercial banking experience with exposure to contracting or construction clients.
• Good understanding of credit analysis, working capital and corporate banking products.
• Excellent relationship-management, negotiation and business-development skills.
