Senior Manager, DCM & Loan Syndications

Lead debt capital markets and loan syndication transactions from origination through execution, structuring financing solutions and managing complex stakeholder relationships. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and structure syndicated loans and debt solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
• Lead transaction execution from initial mandate and structuring through documentation and closing.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities across acquisition finance, capex, secured and unsecured facilities.
• Coordinate arrangers, lenders, legal advisers, clients and internal stakeholders throughout transactions.
• Prepare and review pitch books, information memoranda, term sheets and investor materials.
• Monitor market developments and use capital-markets insight to identify new opportunities and cross-selling ideas.
• Ensure transactions follow internal approvals, legal, risk, audit and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, law, business or a related discipline; postgraduate or professional qualification is advantageous.
• Approximately 10–12 years of relevant experience with significant loan-syndication exposure.
• Strong transaction-structuring, negotiation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex transactions and multiple market participants.
