Description
Provide evidence-based nursing care in a maternity setting, working closely with physicians and the wider multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on safe clinical practice, patient education, accurate documentation and a consistently positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, plan and deliver appropriate nursing interventions within professional scope.
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary colleagues while following clinical standards.
- Identify, prevent and escalate patient-safety risks and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Maintain complete clinical records and communicate relevant information clearly during handovers.
- Support patient education, mentoring and a learning environment that strengthens nursing competence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: At least 2 years in own country
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
