Hostess

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Hostess in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to suitable seating to create a smooth and inviting lounge experience.
• Explain food and beverage offerings and coordinate with servers, chefs and managers to maintain seamless service.
• Monitor guest needs, seating flow and service queues and communicate operational issues promptly.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to support service recovery and continuous improvement.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication and hospitality standards throughout every guest interaction.
• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to resolve requests and deliver consistent premium service.

Requirements

• Education: High school or hospitality qualification preferred
• Experience: Relevant hospitality/F&B experience preferred
• Core skills: Guest relations, lounge service, seating management, communication, customer service, F&B knowledge
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
