Housekeeping Supervisor

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleaning, hygiene, occupational health and food-safety standards are consistently followed.
• Prepare rosters and allocate manpower to maintain appropriate coverage and smooth service delivery.
• Coach employees through SOP training, orientation and performance reviews and address conduct or performance concerns.
• Investigate customer dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
• Control cleaning materials, equipment and consumables and maintain accurate stock and usage records.
• Drive continuous improvement, safe working practices and efficient resource utilisation across assigned areas.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent; food hygiene certification preferred
• Experience: 5+ Years; 2+ years supervising a team
• Core skills: Housekeeping operations, rosters, team supervision, food safety, occupational safety, customer service
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
