Machine Operator – Bihler

A leading global power-management company is hiring Bihler Machine Operators for its manufacturing plant in Dubai. The role is focused on safe and efficient operation of production machinery, machine setup and adjustment, quality inspection, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining consistent production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, calibrate, and monitor Bihler production machinery.
• Make routine machine adjustments and respond to operating issues to minimize downtime.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, cleaning, and workplace housekeeping.
• Prepare machines according to production requirements and monitor production orders.
• Provide production-status updates and ensure completed products are handled and stored correctly.
• Perform quality checks in accordance with approved inspection procedures and standards.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Escalate technical, equipment, or production issues promptly.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating cam-controlled Bihler machines is required.
• Experience with Wafios or Finzer machines is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Practical experience in metal stamping, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and machine documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, teamwork, and safety awareness.
