Head of Procurement

We One is looking for a Head of Procurement to lead its end-to-end procurement function in Dubai. The role will shape procurement strategy, strengthen category management, improve supplier performance, deliver measurable savings, and ensure procurement activities follow governance, compliance, and ethical standards. The position also oversees Central Stores and inventory-management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business priorities and governance requirements.
• Lead category management, strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and total-cost optimization.
• Oversee purchase processes, purchase orders, contracts, supplier performance, SLAs, and vendor audits.
• Drive procurement governance, compliance, ESG controls, audit readiness, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Lead procurement digitalization, including e-sourcing, workflow automation, reporting, and analytics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, process efficiencies, and value-creation initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to consolidate demand and implement sourcing plans.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial and supply risks.
• Coach and develop the procurement team while establishing clear performance standards.
• Oversee Central Stores, inventory planning, replenishment, warehouse processes, stock accuracy, and materials dispatch.
• Improve inventory controls through cycle counts, stock audits, ABC/FSN analysis, and other appropriate methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of procurement or supply-chain experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, and cost optimization.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-entity procurement environments; FM or digital-solutions experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing inventory, stores, or warehouse operations.
• CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or similar professional certification is advantageous.
