Manager – Projects (Facilities Management)

We One is hiring a Manager – Projects to oversee Facilities Management projects, customer-requested works, contract variations, lifecycle replacements, and improvement initiatives across its FM portfolio in Dubai. The role will coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are properly planned, commercially controlled, safely delivered, and completed to agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of FM projects and variation works from scope definition through final handover.
• Coordinate with operations teams, customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal support functions.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, budgets, schedules, resources, and delivery plans.
• Review technical and commercial proposals, quotations, variation orders, and business cases.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain a consolidated project and variation pipeline with visibility of risks, priorities, costs, revenues, and profitability.
• Manage customer communication and resolve delivery, operational, and stakeholder issues.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, governance processes, and regular portfolio reports.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, efficiency, and value-creation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
• 5–10 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, construction, or project management.
• At least 5 years managing FM projects, lifecycle replacement, fit-out, or maintenance-related projects.
• Experience with customer variations, contract management, and commercial activities within an FM environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different sites.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification is preferred.
