Information Technology Support Engineer

We One is recruiting an IT Support Engineer in Dubai to provide first- and second-line technical assistance across end-user computing, software, access management, systems, and network-related issues. The role will help maintain reliable IT services, resolve incidents efficiently, and support day-to-day system administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, user-access, and basic network issues.
• Log, track, document, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access requests, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain IT asset records and assist users with technical guidance and documentation.
• Support patching, backup, recovery, and routine system-maintenance activities.
• Provide initial support for systems, servers, and network issues and escalate complex incidents when necessary.
• Work with internal IT teams to investigate recurring issues and improve service reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user support and system administration.
• Good understanding of IT service-management practices such as ITIL.
• Hands-on experience with user administration, software management, patch management, and IT support processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating or supporting IT teams is an advantage.
