Logistics Coordinator (Sharjah, UAE)

Job Overview

Air Arabia is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Sharjah to support daily logistics operations for aircraft spares, tools and materials. The role focuses on shipment execution, documentation, tracking and coordination with internal teams and external logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments of aircraft parts, tools and consumables.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Track shipments and follow up with freight forwarders, couriers and customs brokers.
• Support imports, exports, customs clearance and local deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Stores, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment status and escalate delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with airline, customs and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support AOG and time-critical logistics requirements when required.

Requirements

• Relevant logistics, supply chain or aviation qualification.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or aviation supply chain is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipment documentation and customs processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, organisation and attention to detail.
