Senior Manager – GLP & Inventory

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Senior Manager - GLP & Inventory in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement across a complex support and inventory environment.
• Own performance dashboards, KPIs and data analysis to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive LEAN initiatives and optimise inventory, manpower, CAPEX, OPEX and resource utilisation.
• Support technology enhancements, operational projects, SOPs and service-level standards.
• Strengthen business continuity, resilience, customer communication and ERP-related operational processes.
• Lead teams and cross-functional stakeholders to convert operational insight into measurable performance improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Logistics, Business or related
• Experience: 8+ Years large-scale operational leadership
• Core skills: Operational excellence, inventory, LEAN, KPIs, CAPEX, OPEX, manpower planning, ERP, analytics
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
