Senior Manager – Procurement – F&B UAE National

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Senior Manager - Procurement - F&B UAE National in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance across food procurement categories using clear KPIs, SLAs and performance reviews.
• Track quality, service, value, reliability and compliance and report supplier performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with suppliers to close performance gaps and deliver corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Build strategic supplier relationships that improve reliability, innovation and supply-chain resilience.
• Support responsible procurement, sustainability and engagement with SMEs and the wider UAE economy.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Operations and Finance teams to strengthen food-supply performance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or relevant field
• Experience: Senior F&B management experience
• Core skills: F&B operations, luxury hospitality, guest experience, manpower planning, budgeting, food safety, team leadership
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
