Business Development Manager

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Business Development Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify commercially attractive F&B opportunities.
• Develop business concepts and proposals covering target markets, customer propositions, service models and revenue potential.
• Assess pricing, costs, investment needs and profitability with Finance and operational stakeholders.
• Lead business-development projects from concept through implementation while managing timelines, resources and stakeholders.
• Build customer and partner relationships and translate market needs into practical commercial solutions.
• Track business outcomes and recommend adjustments that improve growth, customer value and operational feasibility.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related
• Experience: Relevant business development/commercial experience
• Core skills: Market analysis, F&B concepts, commercial proposals, pricing, business cases, project management
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
