Performance Engineer

Job Overview

Air Arabia is seeking a Performance Engineer to support flight operations performance, safety, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. The role focuses on aircraft performance, degradation, operational limitations, procedure design and flight operations system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain aircraft performance data and related operational systems.
• Analyse aircraft performance, degradation and operational limitations.
• Support procedure design and updates to flight operations procedures.
• Ensure performance information remains accurate, current and aligned with manufacturer requirements.
• Coordinate with flight operations, engineering, manufacturers and regulatory stakeholders.
• Support technical analysis, reporting, investigations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in aeronautical, aerospace, aircraft engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with aircraft performance and flight operations engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication and proficiency with engineering/software tools.
