Captain-A320 (UAE National)

Job Overview

Air Arabia is recruiting an A320 Captain for UAE Nationals. The Captain is responsible for the safe, secure and efficient operation of assigned flights, compliance with the Airline Operations Manual and applicable civil aviation regulations, and effective leadership of the flight and cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned A320 flights in accordance with approved flight plans and schedules.
• Maintain the highest standards of flight safety, security and regulatory compliance.
• Exercise command responsibility for the aircraft throughout assigned flights.
• Brief, guide and coordinate flight and cabin crew members.
• Manage emergencies, abnormal situations and operational changes effectively.
• Monitor aircraft performance, passenger comfort and operational efficiency.
• Complete required flight documentation and reporting accurately.

Requirements

• UAE National eligibility as specified by the employer.
• Valid A320 command qualifications and applicable commercial pilot licences/ratings.
• Relevant airline command experience and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and safety awareness.
