B2 – Certifying Engineer – Line Maintenance

Job Overview

Air Arabia is hiring a B2 Certifying Engineer for Line Maintenance in Sharjah. The successful candidate will perform and supervise aircraft line maintenance within CAR 66 B2 licence authorisation, with particular responsibility for avionics and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out and supervise line maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and rectify avionics and electrical defects.
• Replace components and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure maintenance work is correctly certified, recorded and completed within required timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance control, technicians and other operational teams.
• Maintain high standards of safety, airworthiness, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support efficient aircraft turnaround and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Applicable CAR 66 B2 licence authorisation and relevant aircraft experience.
• Strong avionics/electrical troubleshooting and line maintenance capability.
• Good knowledge of approved maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy and compliance.
