Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Overview

Air Arabia offers a Graduate Engineer Trainee opportunity designed to build practical aviation engineering capability across fleet technical management and aircraft maintenance. The programme provides structured exposure across areas such as maintenance programmes, aircraft systems, reliability, warranty, propulsion, APU, technical records, logistics and maintenance operations.

Training & Responsibilities

• Gain supervised experience across assigned technical engineering and maintenance functions.
• Support engineering teams with performance reviews, data analysis, technical requests and reporting.
• Learn to evaluate Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins and translate findings into maintenance actions.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and defect rectification under guidance.
• Develop practical knowledge of aircraft documentation, MRO systems, tools and GSE.
• Follow all safety, human factors, airworthiness and documentation requirements.
• Complete assigned training and development activities during the programme.

Requirements

• Aircraft Engineering, Aeronautical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of aircraft engineering with some practical exposure.
• Good English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Analytical ability, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
