Technical Services Engineer – Aircraft Maintenance Program

Job Overview

Air Arabia is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to manage and develop the Aircraft Maintenance Program for its fleet and third-party aircraft. The role supports continued airworthiness, maintenance optimisation, cost reduction and effective coordination between engineering, maintenance teams, external providers and industry working groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete aircraft maintenance programme cycle and associated work scopes.
• Support aircraft delivery and redelivery maintenance planning.
• Provide technical support to Line, Hangar, MCC and CAMO teams.
• Analyse maintenance requests and performance data and recommend corrective actions.
• Review maintenance requirements, task intervals and programme effectiveness.
• Coordinate with OEMs, external providers and industry groups on maintenance programme matters.
• Support reliability, compliance, cost optimisation and fleet readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant aircraft/aeronautical engineering qualification.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, CAMO or technical services is preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical documentation and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of continuing airworthiness and maintenance planning concepts.
