Manager Business Continuity

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Manager Business Continuity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assigned activities to meet operational requirements, quality standards and agreed timelines.
• Work closely with colleagues, customers, vendors and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and support timely corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation required for reliable day-to-day operations.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements and applicable quality or regulatory standards.
• Contribute to team capability, service quality and efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk, Security, IT or related discipline
• Experience: Relevant BCM/risk experience
• Core skills: ISO 22301, NCEMA 7000, BIA, TRA, crisis management, disaster recovery, resilience
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
