Description
Provide safe, professional and cost-effective pharmacy services while supporting high standards of medication safety and patient care. The role covers dispensing, stock management, patient guidance, billing accuracy and compliance with healthcare pharmacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately with clear labels, dosage instructions and relevant patient information.
- Maintain appropriate medicine stock levels, storage conditions and ward supply practices.
- Check prescriptions and medication-related information carefully to support safe and appropriate use.
- Follow accurate billing procedures and maintain required pharmacy records.
- Support patient experience, regulatory compliance and quality standards within the pharmacy service.
Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm degree from an accredited institution
- Experience: At least 2 years in a hospital or clinic pharmacy
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
