HR Coordinator – Contingent Workforce Planning

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a HR Coordinator - Contingent Workforce Planning in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes, workforce information and employee-related activities across assigned business areas.
• Maintain accurate workforce trackers, dashboards, reports and employee records while protecting confidentiality.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee experience or contingent workforce processes as applicable.
• Coordinate with HR specialists, business leaders, vendors and employees to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Prepare workforce analysis and management reports that highlight staffing requirements, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Track issues and follow-up actions, communicate updates clearly and help maintain consistent HR service delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience: 5+ Years; high-volume HR/recruitment experience
• Core skills: HR operations, workforce planning, reporting, employee data, Excel, Power BI, stakeholder management
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
