Senior Specialist, Resource Management & Mobility

Coordinate resource planning, workforce mobility and capability development for capital projects across downstream and upstream activities. The role maintains visibility of talent demand and capacity, organises mobilisation and rotations and supports workforce plans so projects have the right people available at the right time. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with duties and stakeholder interfaces shaped by the assigned function and asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain resource-demand and capacity information for capital projects and identify gaps, conflicts or changing requirements.
• Coordinate mobilisation, demobilisation, rotations and movement of personnel in line with project schedules and business needs.
• Support workforce capability plans and help align project requirements with talent supply and development priorities.
• Analyse workforce data, maintain planning dashboards and prepare reports for leaders and project organisations.
• Coordinate with human-capital teams, group companies, project organisations, contractors and training providers on resourcing matters.
• Use planning tools and data analysis to improve resource visibility, reduce delays and support informed deployment decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced professional degree in Project Management or Engineering is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in oil and gas and/or capital projects, including 6 years in resource management, workforce planning, mobility or project resourcing.
• Broad understanding of downstream business and capital projects is required.
• Power BI or similar analytics capability, intermediate or advanced Excel and project-management knowledge are important.
