HEAD, PROJECT CONTROLS & SERVICES

Lead project services covering cost estimation and control, budget management, planning and scheduling, invoice monitoring and document control. The position helps ensure large oil and gas projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budgets and in alignment with project requirements and the QHSE management system.

The role requires collaboration across relevant teams, accurate documentation and early escalation of risks that may affect safety, quality or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project-services staff responsible for estimating, cost control, planning, scheduling and document control.
• Review cost and schedule performance, forecast outcomes and recommend mitigation where deviations arise.
• Oversee invoice processing, budget monitoring, reporting and project documentation processes.
• Support project execution strategies, engineering workflows and detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start-up teams.

Requirements and Experience

• At least 15 years of relevant oil and gas experience on large projects is required.
• At least five years in a Head or Lead Project Control Engineer role is required.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office and SAP is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; membership in a professional engineering institution required; PMP is advantageous
