The Unit Head – Program and Project Management Governance leads governance across technology transformation and portfolio management. The role establishes standards, oversight and assurance for programmes and projects, helping senior leaders make informed investment decisions and maintain control over delivery, risk and benefits. This particular vacancy is restricted to UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the programme and project governance function across technology transformation initiatives.
- Establish lifecycle standards, governance checkpoints and assurance expectations for projects and programmes.
- Monitor portfolio progress, investment decisions, budgets, dependencies and delivery risks.
- Provide consistent reporting on milestones, issues, benefits and portfolio health to senior stakeholders.
- Review project controls and ensure that delivery teams follow agreed governance processes.
- Coordinate assurance activity and escalate material delivery or compliance concerns.
- Support continuous improvement of portfolio management practices and decision-making frameworks.
Requirements and Qualifications

Employment Details
