Project Manager- Power Reliability

ABB is seeking a Project Manager for its Power Reliability business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The full-time, on-site position reports to the Operations Manager for the Excitation business line in the AMEA region and contributes to the Energy Industries Division. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and establish the execution approach, including project handover, planning, monitoring and control of internal and external resources.
• Coordinate project resources and provide performance feedback to team members assigned to the work.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable cybersecurity regulations, standards, contract terms, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
• Support sales and tendering teams through early participation in tender activities and project planning.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilisation, budgets, costs, expenses, invoicing status and cash flow.
• Identify, evaluate and manage project risks while taking action to capture available opportunities.
• Manage contracts and claims in line with approved policies and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and services with Supply Chain Management.
• Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point, resolve project issues and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project schedules, recovery actions and document deliverables, and lead formal acceptance and contract close-out.
• Promote team development, collaboration, integrity and continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
