The Associate Director – Talent Acquisition leads senior and executive recruitment assignments across Dubai Holding. The role combines targeted search, talent intelligence, stakeholder advisory and recruitment improvement. It partners closely with business leaders to understand requirements, identify strong candidates and manage confidential search processes with discretion and a consistent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior and executive recruitment assignments, including confidential and strategically significant searches.
- Develop search strategies, map target markets and direct sourcing activities against agreed selection criteria.
- Assess candidates and advise stakeholders on talent availability, fit and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate suppliers and external search partners, monitoring quality, timelines and commercial value.
- Support talent-intelligence projects and recruitment transformation initiatives across the group.
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience and accurate, confidential recruitment records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in senior recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition in a complex organisation.
- Understanding of the UAE talent market and relevant recruitment practices.
- Professional HR, recruitment or executive-search qualifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical judgement, discretion and stakeholder-management skills.
