Specialist, HC Data Analytics (OD&WFP Department)

Support human-capital analytics and workforce planning by translating staffing, headcount, capacity and budget information into useful business insights. The role helps forecast workforce demand, analyse organisational requirements and prepare accurate planning information for people and business decisions. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with duties and stakeholder interfaces shaped by the assigned function and asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce and headcount data to support organisation development and workforce-planning activities.
• Support demand and capacity visibility by maintaining data, checking assumptions and identifying workforce gaps or changing requirements.
• Develop annual workforce-budget inputs and coordinate their consolidation with the wider workforce-planning process.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards that help management understand resourcing patterns, workforce costs and planning progress.
• Work with human-resources and business teams to explain findings, validate data and support planned organisational changes.
• Maintain clear documentation and apply appropriate controls to employee and workforce information.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 9 years of experience in workforce planning or human-resource management, preferably in oil and gas, including 4 years in supervisory roles.
• Extensive experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting and financial budgets is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and knowledge of commercial cost control are important.
