Head of HR Operations

The Head of HR Operations provides leadership for HR operational services across the organisation and its geographies. The role sets direction for efficient, consistent people processes, develops service capability and works with senior stakeholders to improve policies, systems and the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, management and ongoing performance of HR operations across the group.
• Set operational priorities and establish consistent processes and service standards across locations.
• Review HR policies, procedures and systems and sponsor enhancements that improve efficiency and control.
• Use service information and operational analysis to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with HR leaders and business functions to deliver practical solutions for employees and managers.
• Promote appropriate governance, confidentiality and reliable handling of employee information.
• Guide teams through process changes and encourage continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

The position requires senior HR operations leadership, sound judgement and the ability to manage services across multiple teams or geographies. Candidates should be comfortable shaping operating models, improving systems and balancing employee experience with policy, risk and governance requirements.
