Description
Manage the commercial, operational and client performance of assigned total facilities management contracts while protecting profitability and driving long-term account growth. This full-time opportunity is based in the UAE and is suited to a professional who can combine strong functional knowledge with dependable execution, communication and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractual scope, budgets, P&L performance and commercial obligations across hard and soft FM contracts.
- Lead revenue planning, forecasting, manpower alignment and cost-control initiatives while protecting service quality.
- Oversee operational delivery, resource utilization, vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs and statutory compliance.
- Review preventive and corrective maintenance activities and conduct audits, site inspections and performance checks.
- Maintain accurate CAFM usage, work-order reporting and operational records across assigned sites.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews and issue resolution and build relationships that support retention and growth.
- Coordinate mobilization, onboarding, site induction, training and resource planning with internal support functions.
- Support bids, renewals, variations and upselling through operational insight while introducing sustainability, technology and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in management and service delivery of structured contracts, including 5 years managing multiple contracts; engineering/science degree; UAE driving licence and strong commercial FM experience.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to work with colleagues, clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare accurate reports, records and operational updates.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a fast-paced service environment.
The position requires a commercially minded facilities leader who can balance client expectations, employee capability, technical performance and financial results while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
