The Assistant Manager – Human Capital at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab supports the people function of a newly established luxury lifestyle destination. The position helps ensure effective HR operations, colleague engagement and talent processes while working closely with operational leaders and the wider Human Capital team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Human Capital operations
- coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- assist with employee relations and colleague engagement
- support performance-management processes
- help organize learning and development initiatives
- maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- coordinate with departments on staffing requirements
- contribute to policy implementation and compliance
- assist with workforce reporting
- and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Jumeirah standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should have relevant human-resources experience within hospitality or a similar service environment, strong communication and organization skills, good knowledge of HR processes and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and managers. A relevant HR, business or hospitality qualification is advantageous.
