Team Lead – Cascades – Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Jumeirah Emirates Towers is looking for a Team Lead for Cascades to coordinate outlet activity and guide the service team through daily operations. The role focuses on shift planning, service briefings, guest requests, stock control and accurate reporting. The team lead is expected to set a professional example, motivate colleagues and help the outlet achieve consistent service and operating goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet activity and guide the service team toward a consistent, welcoming dining experience.
• Brief colleagues before shifts on operational priorities, menu updates, reservations and guest expectations.
• Lead by example, reinforcing professional conduct, attention to detail and the required service standards.
• Respond to special requests and service issues promptly, arranging assistance when a matter needs escalation.
• Monitor service supplies and stock levels, coordinate replenishment and communicate inventory concerns to the appropriate colleague.
• Prepare shift records, service reports and guest-feedback notes to support operational decisions.
• Work with the wider food-and-beverage team to maintain smooth service and improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is desirable.
• Previous experience in restaurant service or food-and-beverage operations is preferred, ideally with some team-leading responsibility.
• Knowledge of stock control, guest-service standards and restaurant procedures is important.
• Candidates should be comfortable briefing colleagues, coordinating shifts and responding to guest needs.

• Good organisation and accuracy when preparing reports or handling inventory.
