Outlet Manager – Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Jumeirah Emirates Towers is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily food-and-beverage operations and maintain high standards of service, quality and efficiency. The manager will lead colleagues, deliver training, monitor outlet performance and identify improvements in profitability, productivity and guest satisfaction. The role calls for sound operational judgement and an ability to balance guest expectations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily outlet operations, ensuring team members complete their responsibilities efficiently and consistently.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and constructive feedback to develop colleagues and improve performance.
• Implement food-and-beverage standards and confirm that corrective actions are taken when service or quality falls short.
• Monitor outlet profitability, operating costs and performance trends, recommending measures to address problem areas.
• Review food, beverage and service quality, escalating significant complaints or operational risks to senior management.
• Manage cash-handling processes, inventory and resource use in accordance with property procedures and controls.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments, supporting shared goals and a cooperative culture.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience is expected, preferably within international luxury hospitality.
• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management or a related field is advantageous.
• A health-and-safety certification is a plus; strong understanding of outlet operations and cost controls is important.
• Candidates should have a proven record of leading, coaching and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
