Job Overview

Represent the airline onboard and help create a safe, comfortable and positive experience for passengers throughout every flight. Cabin crew members deliver attentive service while following safety procedures, cabin standards and operational instructions. The role combines customer care with emergency readiness, teamwork and professional conduct, requiring crew to remain fit for duty and prepared for changing operational conditions.

Crew members work rostered duties and must remain attentive throughout the complete flight cycle. Consistent service, professional conduct and compliance with safety instructions are equally important in normal operations and unexpected situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding and help them locate seats and stow hand baggage safely.
• Deliver courteous onboard service and respond professionally to passenger requests or concerns.
• Conduct required safety checks and explain safety information in line with approved procedures.
• Monitor cabin conditions throughout the flight and respond promptly to safety or security concerns.
• Follow emergency procedures and work closely with the flight crew when an abnormal situation occurs.
• Maintain professional grooming, cabin readiness and accurate completion of assigned duties and reports.

Requirements
