AVIATION ADVISOR

Provide expert advice that supports safe, compliant and efficient aviation operations. The role reviews regulatory obligations, operational practices and safety performance, helping the organization manage aviation risk, meet applicable requirements and implement practical improvements across its aviation activities.

The role requires collaboration across relevant teams, accurate documentation and early escalation of risks that may affect safety, quality or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret aviation safety regulations, standards and operational requirements relevant to company activities.
• Review procedures, safety information and operational practices to identify compliance gaps or emerging risks.
• Prepare reports, recommendations and briefings for operational teams and management.
• Support implementation of safety initiatives, corrective actions and regulatory compliance measures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external aviation stakeholders to resolve technical and safety matters.

Requirements and Experience

• At least eight years of experience in aviation safety or operational roles is required.
• Experience implementing safety initiatives and compliance measures is important.
• Applicants should understand aviation rules and be able to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science, Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent
