Duty Manager

Provide operational leadership during assigned shifts and act as a key point of contact for guests and hotel departments. The Duty Manager helps maintain smooth daily operations, resolves service issues and ensures hotel standards are consistently followed. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts and coordinate departmental activity.
• Act as a senior point of contact for guests and operational teams.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery matters professionally.
• Monitor service standards, safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and engineering teams.
• Respond to incidents and escalate significant matters through the correct channels.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience in duty manager or a comparable hotel, commercial or corporate role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
