Guest Services Officer – Front Office (UAE National)

Park Hyatt is seeking a Guest Services Officer – Front Office (UAE National) for its front office / guest services / hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support smooth day-to-day Front Office operations within the Rooms Division.
• Welcome guests, understand their needs and provide prompt, courteous and personalized assistance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, operating information and local attractions.
• Stay updated on VIP requests, special events, guest preferences and operational priorities.
• Recommend suitable hotel facilities, activities and services based on guest requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and other departments to resolve requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hotel operations experience
• Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
