Description
Park Hyatt is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie - International Cuisine for its culinary / international cuisine / hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned kitchen section and maintaining smooth service.
- Prepare and present dishes according to approved recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Complete daily mise en place and ensure ingredients and equipment are ready before service.
- Maintain consistency in flavour, texture, temperature, portioning and presentation.
- Check ingredient freshness and quality before use and report concerns to senior culinary colleagues.
- Label, date, store and rotate food products correctly according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant kitchen experience in a hotel or quality restaurant; Demi Chef de Partie experience preferred
- Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
