Lobby Ambassador (UAE National)

Park Hyatt is seeking a Lobby Ambassador (UAE National) for its front office / guest services / hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors warmly and provide assistance throughout the lobby experience.
• Maintain a visible and professional lobby presence, helping manage guest flow and preventing unnecessary congestion.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, events, functions and local attractions.
• Stay informed about VIP arrivals, in-house guests, departures and special occasions to support personalized service.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements.
• Maintain lobby presentation, cleanliness and organization while reporting maintenance or operational concerns.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant hotel operations experience
• Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
