Engineering Manager

Park Hyatt Dubai is hiring for the position of Engineering Manager in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering operations covering preventive maintenance, repairs and technical services.
• Plan and oversee capital projects, technical improvements and asset-reliability initiatives.
• Manage engineering resources, contractors, schedules, budgets and operating priorities.
• Implement preventive-maintenance programs and monitor equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental and hotel engineering requirements.
• Investigate failures and coordinate corrective actions to reduce recurring equipment issues.
• Develop engineering colleagues through coaching, training and performance management.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to minimize disruption and maintain reliable operations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree/diploma and substantial hotel engineering experience; proven leadership of maintenance and capital projects; strong knowledge of safety, compliance, asset reliability and resource management.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
